PhotoPass Download Help

Not sure if this is the right board to post this on. I just got back from my trip and am trying to download my PhotoPass photos. When I click "Download All" it goes through the processing. There are about 560 photos and they split them up into 33 groups, but only 9 of the groups will process for me to download. I have tried a couple different times, and have sat at the computer refreshing the page like it instructs you too, but the download button next to the rest of the groups won't become clickable. The only way I can think of is to sift through the 9 groups that processed and downloaded to determine the 450 pictures that didn't download and then do them all individually...which will take forever. Thanks in advance for any help!!

Sorry I wish I could help. We ended up purchasing the CD for maybe an extra $30. It was worth it because of the aggravation in downloading the photos was too much. Sadly I am not computer savy. I was able to save them to my iPhone easily last trip which was good enough for my needs.

I downloaded all of the photos off of the app. Still high res and attached my iPhone to the computer then transferred them over. WAY less headache then doing it on my PC.

I tried to download all (432) photos and it only worked for about 5 groups. I did see a disclaimer showing they added 15 day complimentary extensions for anyone who has tried to access photos since 9/1/16. I've started a master file and will keep trying before resorting to one by one download.

Thanks! I saw that too. I ended up just pooring through the pictures to figure out which pictures never downloaded from the groups and doing all those individually. I think I have them all now, but it took forever.

mine doesn't say download all? I just keep getting stock photos

No. It took three hours...

I was able to download 10 parts very quickly (in fact I was surprised due to the warning) but one kept hanging up and it had a weird name (partC of 1). I emailed them and just got a reply that they need all kinds of other info from me. Have not had time to handle or see if I am actually missing anything.
Seems like they need an overhaul to their download software
