our photopass will expire in 2 days... Does anyone have a discount code?? I would like to purchase our cd but just can't justify the $60 + shipping....

TIA!!

I don't think there are any discounts for the DLR PhotoCD. I picked up a Gallery CD in the park for $59.95 (sells for $39.95 online) that includes a coupon code for a free PhotoCD, inc. shipping. I also got 10% off with my AP. Unfortunately you have to buy the one for sale in DL or DCA to get the free code. It saved me about $8 overall. (10% and free shipping). Not a huge savings but I'm also including my PP from WDW as well.

Do you have any family or friends who would pick up a Gallery CD for you in the next few days?

Are your photos already uploaded or do you have 2 days left to upload? Then you will have another 30 days to order.

I just checked the on Disney's Photopass Facebook page and they don't mention any discounts for DLR CD. Sorry

I know. Mine expire in a few days, too. To be honest, I didn't think the "professional" pictures were all that great, but there were a couple I would have liked, since they're some of only a few we got with the whole family while we were there. But $60 for a few photos on cd is ridiculous. And 14.95 for prints!?! Really?! Why do the prints cost that much when they cost only a couple cents each to produce? I mean, there's mark-up, then there's highway robbery!

Getting portraits done in a mall, or during picture day at school. Wedding photos. They don't make photopass seem too expensive.

true, that. But 9 cent prints at walgreens using my own digital with better quality pics makes photopass seem too expensive. Just wish I'd thought to pass the photographer my own camera eash time.

When I was there last week as soon as they saw I had a camera case they asked if I wanted them to take the same picture. A lot I had it out right away. Other times I was just getting duplicates of ones I already had so I passed.

Yeah the PP photographers are happy to take your picture with your personal camera wether you use PP or not. But thier camera is set up for the shot, they know how to use it, your camera they have to "figure out" and isn't on a tripod at night.

If you're thinking of doing the prints (by the way, 5x7s of my wedding photos were $30), just get the digital download. That gives you the RIGHTS to the pictures, to print for personal purposes, instead of just the ONE print. Same cost, but more for your money.

That's what we've done for a couple of pictures. Then we either printed the picture at home or got it printed at costco. No, it's not cheap but it's cheaper than buying the whole CD if there's only one or two pictures you want.

Forgot to post this last night: the Disney photopass Facebook page sometimes has codes...

Thank you for mentioning this! I only have a couple of pics that I really want on our Photopass, since we only have a total of about 20 pics from 4 different photo ops. The only pics of the 4 of us together are PhotoPass pics, though and I really wanted to have at least one of all of us. I didn't look closely enough to realize that it was an option to get a digital download.

I ended up using google for the one, came up with CDSAVE15 and it took $15 off my bill!
