Photopass didn't download all dates from trip

I just bought the $69 download package and selected the first photo assuming it was in date order, hit ok and it only downloaded photos from that date (day 3 of my trip) forward. How do I get it fixed to download the first two dates of my trip? Why wouldn't it just automatically choose all dates in my trip? I never had this problem with WDW photopass. I emailed Disney but just thought I'd ask here first. I can't be the only person who fell for choosing the wrong photo to activate!!

I did it wrong as well. I called this number: 407-560-4300

The guy had to go through and remove the watermarks one by one so it took awhile, but he stayed on the phone with me the whole time. I had to refresh my page when he was done, and it was all fixed. He said he does that alllllll day long. It happens when you don't purchase the package from the first set of pictures taken. I went through all of the pictures and then purchase on the last set...so he had another 4 days of previous pictures to clear up!

I ended up sending an email and about 2 days later they replied saying I was all set. I logged on and all the photos are now unlocked!!
