Photopass CD -- Is it worth it?

We have some pretty good photographers in our family, and we will all most likely be toting cameras. BUT -- I'm really curious about the photopass pictures. Are they so great and so numerous they end up being worth the price?

YES! ABSOLUTELY...for us its perfect because it allows ALL of us to be in pics together.

Some years I have used photopass pics as Christmas cards because I have no other pics of all of us a family in one pic! Hope this helps...

I agree the biggest benefit is having all of us in the picture together.

Plus, you can get some fun "special" pics in there.

And finally, I like being able to add borders on their website. They usually have fun ones for Halloween and I love getting to add the year in the border.

Not every picture will be perfect. But one photographer will usually take a few shots and if you go around to different spots you'll end up with a lot of great pictures!

I'm bringing three different cameras (my DSLR, a P&S, as well as a Fuji Instax camera) and my DH will be having one of my other P&S cameras, and I am looking forward to having our picture taken by the PhotoPass CMs.

They will take a picture of everyone with your own camera, so don't necessarily let that be the deciding factor.

We always do it though, it's nice just having it all on the CD, and there's usually a lot of really great photos. Plus the little extras you can add are kinda fun.

Once you see your pictures ou can decide if it's worth it. There is no advantage to preordering a CD at Disneyland.
