PhotoPass CD -How do I get it?

I have read about the PhotoPass CD's and that if you purchase it in advance the price is only $99 vs. $149. I think I'd like to buy one, but I have no idea how. I went to the WDW site and it redirected me to the PhotoPass site when I click purchase it asks for my Photopass number. I, of course don't have a photopass number b/c I haven't actually gone to Disney World yet.
Obviously I am missing something. Could someone point me in the right direction. Thanks!

Yes. Also look for the photopass locations that do magic shots like holding Tink in front of the castle. They are listed in the website that smitch425 posted.
