Say you get a bunch of pics on your photopass and decide to buy the CD. That gives you the ability to print them out yourself, right? Is it ONLY on your own printer, or can you then take it in or upload it to Costco and have them print the pics out? If you can, how do they know Disney has given you permission to do so?

On the readme on the disk says you own the copywrite. I uploaded mine to shutterfly and printed them. There are no boarders or character signatures on them. No one would know that the photos were not taken by you.

I bought the Photopass in WDW in January and with my receipt was the copyright information. I just took it with me when I printed photos, but I was never questioned. I would guess they would give you the copyright info in DL, too.

I purchased ours at WDW and it came with a piece of paper saying that we can basically do what we want with the pictures. I just recently took the disk to Costco and got pictures made from it. I did bring the paper with the copyright info on it and also mentioned to the Costco people that I had it if they needed it. They never asked to look at the copyright. I think the photopass idea is great. We have 150 pictures on it. :thumbsup2
