PhotoPass and MemoryMaker - what's the diff?

Can anyone explain to me what the difference is? I hear people talking about both while I was under the impression that MM replaced PP. Clearly I am mistaken, but want to be clear what I'm paying for.

PhotoPass is the picture taking service. Memory Maker replaces PhotoPass+, which was where you got all your PhotoPass pictures, as well as ride and dining photos, on a CD. The major difference between PhotoPass+ and Memory Maker is that Memory Maker is an all download product, so no CD.
