Thanks everyone!

Actually the puppies are a combo of a Golden Retriever (the dad) and a Golden Lab (the mom).



We started with the mom (Carly - my daughter named her after one of her favorite shows) that a friend gave us



And then a few months later someone else gave us the Golden Retriever (Warren)



They got along really well, and eventually just did what came natural



Carly had 5 puppies (thankfully they all survived and were healthy)



And as is normal they all started growing up pretty quickly


Our plan was to give them all away to friends, but we actually ended up keeping one of them (Rondo - named after my son's favorite Basketball player Rajon Rondo from the Celtics)



And that's their story!

As someone who is very involved in pet rescue, I hope the rest of the story continues with the parents getting spayed and neutered. I'm not coming down on you and I don't want to start a debate on our awesome thread, but with all the unwanted animals I see every day, I just can't NOT say anything.

The coyote that you can see in the middle of the pic between my horses is NOT my pet and I wish they (there were 5 or 6 of them) would start hanging out somewhere else. We have heard them so many times in the past few weeks. If it was only at night I wouldn't worry, but my brave but stupid border collie likes to wander our pasture during the day and make sure there are no "intruders" and I would hate to have him get in a fight.

Do I look like a deer? Hershey in her hunting season safety wear. Last week in NH a lab was 'mistaken' for a deer and was shot in the leg, in Mass. a german shepard was mistaken for a coyote and was shot and killed

Lol....my dogs never beg from me, but apparently DD20 feeds them because they were watching her very closely yesterday while she was eating!!!
