I'm currently transferring a ton of graphics from the wonderful disigner's photobucket accounts to my own account for scrapbooking. My trip is not until the end of the year so I will not be needing the graphics until then. Is it sufficient to transfer or do I need to download a different way? If the disigner deletes it out of her account, does it get deleted out of my account too? Thank you for any answers. Sorry for the newbie question.:)

Well, I am not a DISigner but I do have a Photobucket acct. LOL I think I am confused by your term "transfer". I *think* I am correct in saying that to correctly move an image from a DISigners acct to your Photobucket acct. you need to do the following:

1) Download the image to your computer
2) Upload the image to your Photobacket acct.

If you simply copy and paste the image from the DISigners photobucket to your photobucket (can this even be done?? LOL) you would be "stealing" the bandwidth from the DISigner and then, yes, if they delete the image, your will be deleted too. If you save to your comp and then upload to Photobucket the images will be safely stored in there until you are ready to use them-regardless if the DISigner deletes them.

Ok, I *think* I am correct in all I said but PLEASE, anyone, correct me if I am wrong!!!

Did I come close to answering your question? :confused3

Thank you David's 68 girl! Your answer makes sense. I wrote "transfer", but I meant "copy to my album" I'll will download to my computer then upload to photobucket. It is an extra step, but worth it to ensure I have access to the graphic when I need it. Thank you for taking the time to answer my question.

If you select copy ( as photobucket option) if the image gets deleted it will also be deleted from you account

The best way to make sure you don't lose an image save to your computer and then upload into your photobucket account
