I finally found a video online of 1970s WDW to verify that this is WDW's carrousel. I didn't realize it wasn't always colorful. Picture is for the Skyway in the background, which of course is no longer there.

I have a similar one but in 1990 with an obscured view. Yours is so much better! I had also forgotten how much it had changed as well.

Yes this was at Hollywood Studios. It was part of a kids; playground - Honey, I Shrunk the Kids: Movie Set Adventure. It was designed to make kids feel as if they had been miniaturized by being surrounded by giant 'props.'
