There's a back story to this:
We were in Epcot, and kept running into these guys in every country, as they were partaking in 'adult beverages' at each country. However, they'd purchase a new hat from each new place they had visited, but every time they'd go to a new location, they kept switching hats! They were hilarious by the time they'd reached the UK.
