Photo Storage & Sharing Site Recommendations

Hi All

Just looking for some recommendations on photo storage and sharing sites (i.e. smug mug, flikr etc). I'm a little over 60 days out from our Orlando / WDW / Universal trip and I'd like to start a Pre-Trip Report on the boards as well as a post trip report. Any recommendations would be much appreciated.

Although I haven't used it, Amazon Prime (if you have it) offers on line photo storage. As for physical storage, I'm using a couple of external drives.

Flickr now offers a huge amount of free storage. It's very easy to use and upload. And very easy to share photos, including easy to grab bulletin board links for use on these boards.
I can endorse flickr without any reservation.

That depends upon what you need. How many photos? How fancy do you want to make your storage website? Do you need to have varying levels of access to different photos? Right now I have 33,600+ pictures on SmugMug.

I have used Flickr, Photobucket and Amazon's Prime for photos but liked what I saw on SmugMug the most. I want some of my folders and galleries to be "unlisted" while others are open to the world. I like being able to show or hide photo info or blocking downloading if I want. If I want to send someone an actual compressed file with all my pictures from a gallery I simply request it from SmugMug and they email me the file usually within an hour. I can "fancy" up my home page and even use it as a web page to sell photos if I want (I don't; they're not that good!).

Browse a few sites by using their Search feature (if access allows) and see what people store online. Sometimes I search to see what pictures others have online for Disneyworld or places I travel to.
