Does it cost to do this?? can they just add your photos to your photo pass?

Thanks :)

For some reason like $250 is sticking in my head...we were thinking about doing some family portraits with DF's family but it would be too awkward for us as we'd want his brother and parents, but not his aunts and uncle!:rotfl:

Plus, it's hard for us to add it on financially now..

I'm not 100% on the cost, but I know someone here will have better info. I even think Lynn did a resort Photopass photo shoot for some reason, but I might be wrong...

HTH a little bit anyway! :goodvibes

I'm too lazy to paraphrase from my book... :rotfl:

You can schedule a 30-minute private resort photography session with a PhotoPass photographer at the Beach Club, Grand Floridian, Saratoga Springs, Polynesian, Animal Kingdom Lodge, or Wilderness Lodge. You will get about 40-70 images on a PhotoPass CD, and the cost is $149.95. Unlike in-park PhotoPass pictures, these photos cannot be enhanced with borders, characters, etc. If you pre-order the PhotoPass CD online or purchase it in the parks, the cost of the portrait session is $74.95 with proof of purchase. For $49.95 you can combine the images from the portrait session with the PhotoPass images you’ve taken inside the parks. However, once they are combined you will not be able to enhance any of them. You can book a private session up to 30 days before you arrive by calling 407-934-4004. Sessions are scheduled from 8:00 am until 7:00 pm or sunset, whichever comes first.

Is this option totally different to the Honeymoon Portrait session that is in the Gift Registry??

If so, I am torn now as to which would be the best option?? As I understand it the portrait session would be a professional photographer whereas photopass photographers are technically not professionals?? And with the portrait session you get 20 prints but photopass resort session you would get the images on CD??

Price is roughly $300 for portrait session and $250 for resort with CD - is that right???? :confused3

apologies for butting in but advice and direction needed!!!! :goodvibes

You are correct - the PhotoPass Shoot and the Honeymoon Portrait Session are two different things.

PhotoPass cast members are not professional photographers. But you can get the shoot and the images on disc for a lot cheaper than if you use Disney Event Photography Services for the Honeymoon Portrait Session, which is $310 for the shoot (which gets you 20 prints in an album and one 4x6-inch print of each image) plus $300 if you want to buy your images on disc.

So that's $610 (plus tax) vs. $149.95 (plus tax).
