Photo Sharing: Ultra Wide Angle

So I'm giddy as a 10 year old on Christmas day. My Tokina 11-16 is supposed to be delivered TODAY!! Can't wait to go out and play with it and start posting some UWA shots of my own. From everything I've read on these boards and others, the Tokina is supposed to be a very sweet lens. Can't wait.

So, the really hard part must have been keeping people from bumping your tripod, huh?

Bumping the tripod was not really a problem. People walking up and taking flash pictures of each other right in front of the pagoda was a little bit though.

The Tokina is very nice. I had one for a while and liked it very much.

Not on these. They are all three true HDR images. Thanks for the compliment.

I just rented the lens for a recent trip and had the same reaction after firing just a couple shots. Wonderful piece of glass.

Yes, it is a really wonderful piece of glass. Here is another shot with it just this morning. The weather wasn't great, but I had just had to get out a play.

Tokina 11-16 takes on Zurg. Even on a full-frame this lens shines.
