So I finally gave in and bought an NEX 5R. So far a really like it a lot! It's been a long time since I've shot with anything other than a point and shoot so its going to take a little time to get back in the groove

The first thing I want to do is ditch the kit lens. Any suggestions for my first purchase. I'm going to wait a little bit until they have another employee sale so I have some time to figure out which one to get. I'm leaning towards a 50mm prime but would be interested to hear your thoughts. I also definitely need to get the viewfinder. In hindsight I should have paid a bit more for the NEX 6 with the viewfinder but too late now.
Here is one of my first shots with the camera. I really need to find a better photo sharing website because photobucket reduces the quality when you upload photos. Any suggestions for that as well?

Flickr allows full resolution and is probably one of the easiest in terms of photo sharing. And critically, they just updated their model so "free" accounts now get a massive amount of storage. Until recently, free accounts were rather limited, but they now get enough memory to store hundreds of thousands of photos. (I have 5,000 photos uploaded or so... which uses less than 1% of my allowance).
