So I attended Sony's "Be Alpha" launch event in Brooklyn... Fantastic with a dozen models, lighting set ups, photo walks by leading pros. Camera equipment to borrow -- So I took out a Sony A9 and 70-200 f/2.8 GM lens for the day. Sony gave me a memory card to use.... I return the camera at the end of the day, keep the memory card. Stick it into my A7r3 just to review the images... and after a couple minutes... it blacks out. Get home, the card is totally unreadable. So it seems I lost about a thousand images... I guess I should be thankful they weren't images for a client. I was doing some shooting with my A7r3 and 35mm lens, so I do have a few good shots. Fortuitously, I had also wifi transferred some of my images from the A9, but they are just 1-2 mp jpegs.
Thanks. The cat was dumb luck, it just wandered over to the model. Meanwhile, the model was nervous about leaning against the car — he was afraid the owner would come after him. But a classic orange mustang... how could I not use that.
