While it's difficult to gauge the size of this little guy in the photo, we have tons of these teeny tiny toads outside our office building. I'd say this guy is about the size of my pinky nail which is about the size of half a dime. It makes them rather difficult to avoid stepping on, but fortunately, they are quick and I am careful
