Photo scavenger hunt

I'm bringing a group of seven high school journalists to Orlando next month for national convention, and on our night in Disney Springs, I'd like to have a photo scavenger hunt since they all are avid photographers. I haven't spent a great deal of time there so I'm kind of at a loss as to what to include. Any suggestions?

How about Hidden Mickeys? Can probably find tons of lists if you google, and I know there's books about them.
