Photo Request MVMCP

Does anyone have parade photos from Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party that they'd be willing to share? My camera died upon entering MK so the only photos I have is what PhotoPass took.

On a related note. Has anyone had their Canon Rebel battery suddenly die? I live about 45 minutes away from WDW. I checked before I left and the battery indicator was showing full bars. We stopped at my DH's work to see Santa. They had a professional photographer so we only took a few candids (less than 10 shots.)

When we got to MK, I went to take a photo and camera was total dead with the "change the batteries" warning.

Is this common? Should I buy a new battery. I have 2, I just didn't take one because I thought this one was fully charged. Dumb, I know.

I have had the battery on my 30D show as full after not using the camera for awhile, then show one bar later on before even taking any pics. It isn't common, but I have seen it. Sort of a little glitch. The battery has always been fine and re-charged to full again. If you have 2 batteries, I would think you should be fine.

As fat as MVMCP photos, I may have a couple but they aren't good. I am sure others here have many many more good ones that they would be willing to share.

If you click on the link to my Flickr photos at the bottom of the page, I do have a number of shots from the parade last Christmas. I don't think it changed much, so maybe they would help???? PM me if you have questions or are looking for more.

I would also expect some of the more accomplished photogs here to have more to post when they get back from their trips this year!
