Did you call the PhotoPass 800 phone number? They are able to look for lost photos if you know dates, times, and locations. It doesn't have to be exact. We were missing a few and a few days after we called, they were magically in our account.

I concur. We’ve had a number of missing photos over the years. I’ve used the online form on the website, and they’ve found all except a couple (that weren’t actually taken because the system was down).
Did you price it out for having 1 person in your party getting an AP? How much for one person's park admission for the number of days you need? How much for Memory Maker?
