Photo Pass what is it how does it work and how much does it cost???

You can pre-order online a CD of all the pictures for $100, or order at the end of your trip in the park or when you get home for $125. Or purchase individual pictures - but its pretty costly.

You walk up to a "photopass photographer" through out any park (ie: atleast 3-4 in front of all the park icons (castle, tree of life, etc.) in front of Tower of Terror, by most characters with in the parks, they will initially give you a "photopass card" - you always give that card to the photographer & they will just keep adding the pics on that card. They will even due "magic" photos......they have you cup your hands & will superimpose a pic of Tink in there, they have your group point to the ground & they will put Stitch in the pic, at AK they have you hold your arms like you are cradling a baby & they put baby Simba in there, etc.

When went in 2006 we have 150-200 pic's.

Then viewing from home you have the options to "add" borders, signatures of some of the characters, names of the parks, year, etc. and crop each pic. Basically you could double or triple the # of pics you have.

If you forget your card, just get another one. But they can not restore the pics w/out the # on the back of the card - so maybe write it down or take a pic of it.

Very worth it to get everyone in the pics.

You can then view at home w/the number on the card they give you

I'm a big fan of Photo Pass. We have some wonderful pictures that I'll always treasure by using Photo Pass.

The Photo Pass people are easy to spot and are in lots of locations. I pre-order the CD. Then order the pictures from the CD once I'm home from different photo places like Walgreens. They had a family pack special. I was able to get great pictures at a reasonable rate.

You can try to get in on a Photopass Share to keep the cost down.

Yes, that's included on the CD.

Yes, the Photo Pass people take pictures of the family or just the kids with the characters.

I do want to clarify, the Photo Pass people aren't at every character sighting. But they are at a whole lot of them! I think it is so worth it!

I'm right there with you! In addition to all the wonderful pictures, I've saved a lot of odds and ends. I need a scrapbook with a time capsule in it!
