not sure if this is the right forum or not. Can you reuse your photo pass cards? We have ours from our Dec trip and are going in Aug (and again in Dec). Can we use the same card? Or should we just get a new one each time?

I know your pics will only be on there for so long.. seems like 30 days?

we've already veiwed and purchased our pictures and those ones are now 'expired' or no longer on the card. What I'm wondering is when we go back in August, can I hand the photographers the same (now empty?) card and use it again or should I just get a new one (seems a waste if I can use my old one)

you can use old one but after awhile numbers wear off and strip can be worn and won't always read. i personally would get new one just for peace of mind that all pics will get to card.

I wouldn't risk it. I would just get a new one. But if you really want to, ask the photographer BEFORE your first photo is taken and the card is swiped.

NOt sure..

I did hear that Disney can put your pics on a disc for $99. Not sure how many they put on them, but sounds alot less expensive than buying a few pics...

We tried to use an old card because we gave my parents and MIL the number and acount PW so they could check out our photos from the photopass site while we were still on vacation. If the numbers/code have not worn, this is an option. The only problem is we were trying to use a "first generation" photopass card with a barcode and without the new square pixel code thing next to the bar code. Photographer told us the new code square works more quickly and reliably than the bar codes, so we stick to those photopasses now. Note that cards can be combined into one account when you get home so hopefully next trip we can give parents/MIL the account info again. We always end up with at least one Photopass per adult anyway because sometimes DH is at one character with DS and I'm at another with DD. Photographers will often scan a new card and hand it to you before you give them your card if you don't have it ready - we now have 4...

I forgot our card one day and they just give you a new one anyway. You can enter a bunch of card numbers on the site to have them uploaded. They also combined them when we bought the CD so they were all on one. Now I have them in the kids scrapbooks.
