IMPORTANT INFORMATION about the PHOTPASS SHARE!...
(I'm taking this from another post, from poster stacielee, and editing it for our group... I hope she doesn't mind!)
THE MOST IMPORTANT THING TO REMEMBER:
Do NOT open your own Photopass account to look at your photos. Once they are in one account they can't be put into another one.
1. I am going to create an email and a brand new Photopass account on April 8 so that we can start claiming pictures then. We have 30 days once the account is created to edit/embellish the pictures before ordering the CD. Once I create the account, I will email the information to those on the "list" (ie, those who have sent me their information via PM, see below).
2. When you have pictures taken by the DL photographers, the first one you use will give you a Photopass card (like a gift card). Each time after that you get them to take your pictures you will let them scan your card. This keeps all your pictures together if one day you forget your card, it is ok, you can get a new one, but your pictures will be on more than one card not an issue. The Photopass website will let you add multiple cards (which is how we are able to share). Not sure how current this information is, but this link may help you find Photopass spots:
http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=1409128. You DO NOT have to do anything other than have them snap pictures and scan the card no uploading at parks or anything. Just find the photographer, hand them your card and have them take pictures it is that easy.
3. Each of us will have our own card(s). So keep them with you.
4. Once you return from the trip, you can log onto the account and add your Photopass card numbers.
5. I will create our very own Photopass account to share. You can ONLY add your card numbers (pictures)
on that account. To add the picture, you log on and add your Photopass card numbers (if you have any issues when that time comes, I can help you). Once they are up you can edit them/add embellishments. Only add your Photopass card pictures here, not your personal camera ones. If you add your cards(pictures) to another account they will not be able to be added to our shared account the website will only let you have your card on one account.
6. Everyone needs to be done editing pictures by May 5, and I will order the CD(s) on May 6 (to be safe). Of course, not all pictures need to be edited (really, none of them have to if you don't want edits), but May 5 is the last date to do anything as the CD will be ordered on the 6th.
7. Once I receive the CDs, I will burn you a CDand mail it to you for the cost of the materials (CD, envelope, postage), which should be about $4, but I will confirm that price in the next week so you know before I create the account.
8. DEADLINES: I need to know that you're joining us (with all necessary information PM'd to me)
by April 8, when the account will be created. On that date (or by April 10), I'll know the final price per person, and will give you all that information. I will then need that price PayPal'd to me (I'll provide you with the email address)
by April 20 to ensure that everything goes through with PayPal before I order and create the CDs.

- your real name (at least first name, last initial, but I'll need your real name and and addresss by April 10 to send out the cd's eventually)

Since it looks like some things with PhotoPass are changing and the pre-pay is now more expensive than buying it after, I won't need PayPal from you until we open the account and start editing. At that point, it looks like the cd would be $79.95 and then I think a shipping charge of $2.95, and then I think $4/person for me for the cds & mailers... so that would be...
3 people... $32.56 each
4 people... $25.73 each
5 people... $21.58 each
6 people... $18.82 each
and so on...
total price per person will be determined by April 10.
