photo pass ready??

we won't be there untill 2012, but is there anything we need to do before the trip for photo pass. i visited the website, looks like when they take the first photo they give you the pass(card) then when you get home & are registered you can purchase the photo's from the website. is that correct?? i need some clarification about photo pass. lol

If you plan to buy the cd you can pre-buy it for a discount, if not just show up at the parks and have a picture taken.

In either case take pictures of the code on your photopass if you lose it you can type in the number to retrieve the photos

Also, you can have several cards on one account. We often left ours in our room and just got another one.

The best suggestion I can give you about photopass is to learn all you can about it before you go on your vacation. Learn what it is, how to use it, how to get the best value for your money, how to order, edit, etc.

The official WDW site has all the basic info on Photopass and the various products available.

Stitchkingdom.com has a fabulous tutorial that covers practically everything you could possibly want to know about Photopass and how to maximize its use.

You'll get the pass with the first photo and have lots of time once you get home to view the photos and choose the ones you want. They are not cheap but worth every penny.
