PP+ is really only $69 if ordered in advance? Wow! That's a huge difference from what PP+ was at WDW even before it became Memory Maker (and definitely a lot less than Memory Maker too).

Just quick question for the experts. When you pre-order for $69.00 and after the trip do you have to pay again for the CD? Or is the CD free?

It really is a great deal! You can get the cd and order prints from shutterfly or snapfish when they have their buy 101 prints for a penny deal (just pay shipping).

It really is a great deal and especially when you can make all the borders on the pictures after you return home. I think I had like 100 pics, by the time I was done editing there were like 300 pics! I just hope it is the same thing that I can buy at the park, but with the extra expense, since I did not have the two week window to order ahead of time.

For us, I think the benefit of the Photopass was that it made us take that time to get the family photos because we wanted to use it as much as we could since we had already paid for it. If we didn't have the pass I'm sure we would've passed up some of the great shots that we ended up with. I'm a big fan of the Photopass and will be purchasing it for each of my trips. I've already packed my voucher up and it's ready to go for our trip in 4 weeks.

Does it take a while to verify your voucher in the park? Are they open during EMH there on main st? I'd hate to be deep in the park only to go all the way back just to get it verified

I didn't try getting my during EMH, but it was very fast to get the lanyard. I just handed the CM the voucher, they scanned it, punched the lanyard and handed it to me. It took less than 5 minutes; probably on the order of a few minutes at most.

Can you get it verified anywhere, or only at specific places? We'll be arriving on a Sunday around 4:15 or so and then hanging out in DTD til F!. Is there a place in DTD that can verify the card?

The voucher said at the Photo Centers in the park, but I know you can purchase PP+ at some of the character meals in the resorts. So you might try stopping by one of those locations.

Just a heads up since you're overseas, if you haven't receive your PP+ package, bring a copy of the receipt with you to DL to get your pass. This is not my experience, but I've heard that some people ordered it in advanced, but never receive it because it was late or lost in transit. They showed their receipt, and the CM at the store gave them their card.

Last time I was at the parks (2012) I was able to redeem my voucher during EMH at DCA. It was also a quick 5 minute stop for me.

One thing I could add and I'm hoping this is still the case now is we had a meal at Goofy's Kitchen scheduled the night before our actual first day in the parks. I was able to show the photographer at Goofy's Kitchen my voucher (before I redeemed it for the actual pass) and they gave me the photo package at the meal with no problems. Next month we again have our meal reserved before we make it to the parks so I hope they will do the same.
