Hi all! We just got home from Disneyland yesterday and I'm ready to throw my computer against the wall. I ordered the photo pass plus before we left, and I can't find where to download my pictures for free. I'm under the impression that it includes my pictures taken by their photographers. Am I wrong? HELP!

You add all your pictures to your shopping cart and select disc or download. Then you will enter the coupon code you received with your Photopass Plus package. So it is a bit confusing, because you are proceeding as if you are going to pay for your disc/download and it is only at almost the last screen that you enter the credit from the "coupon".

Your pictures from the Photopass photographers are included. Did you use separate Photopass cards (other than your PhotoPass plus card)? If you did, you need to add the numbers from those cards to your account.

The coupon code should be on one of the paper inserts that came in the DVDS case when you ordered PP+.

I just got mine in the mail today and yes it is inside the DVD. Seems easy to lose!

Is there anywhere to exchange a voucher that isn't inside the park? Would love to do it the evening before somehow. Maybe in one of the hotels?

That's an interesting question...I know folks have said they we're able to exchange their vouchers at the hotel character meals if they were going there before going into a park. I don't know if you do the exchange without dining there, but that would be where I would check. I think only Goofy's Kitchen at the DLH is a character meal at dinner, so that's probably your best bet. Otherwise, I exhanged my voucher at DL while we waited for rope drop. It was very fast, so that is another option (if you get the park early).

I feel then same way and I will be pissed if what they are saying is true because I photo shopped all of mine, put frames around them but never added them to the shopping cart because they would not go, but I added my code and ordered the pictures and so I hope they all come.

Last year I got the one for wdw, we downloaded then they did not have a free cd, so I downloaded them and after whatever amount of time they all disappeared off of the computer and we do not have a single one after paying $150.

I am Begining to believe it is all a big scam, because I agree there is no instructions to any of it.

I've gotten CDs with mine for the past 5 years. You have a 30 days to claim the photos and then 30 days from that date before they expire and disappear. If you download them to your computer, they should be on your hard drive. They send messages reminding you that it's about to disappear. I just keep the case I get the photopass code in and leave it in there so that I don't lose it. If you have any questions, call the number on their website. I was confused about where some of my pictures were, I didn't realize they were divided up by park, and I called and the person showed me and answered any other questions I had.

Before I place my order, I want to make sure I'm doing this correctly. I can see all of my photos in the "all photos" slideshow, including those I edited. I added my CD to the shopping cart, and it accepted the code from my CD, so there is currently no charge. But I don't see anyway to preview the photos on the CD.

If I understand correctly, the site will automatically add them to the CD? Or do I need to manually add them somehow? I would just hate to hit "Checkout" and find out I missed an important step. Thanks!

Sounds like you have it right. Make sure that you do all your photo edits and add all the borders to the photo's that you want.

At the time of checkout, you have the option of ordering the CD or just download the files onto your computer. We just used the download feature, and got 4 zipped files of photo's, plus some Disney scene pictures. I then copied them to a CD, and they are all still there. We have done this twice at DLR and once at WDW.
