Photo Pass Plus Question

We purchased Photo Pass Plus for out recent trip when it was still avilable. We used it with no problems. Now it is time to order our pictures on a disk. Since everything is now Memory Maker how and where do I add the code to order our free picture CD? Also can we add borders to our pictures and place them on the CD? Is there an extra charge for that?

I've bought the PP+ for our trip in August, did you have any problems redeeming the voucher? Did they still give you the red card on a lanyard?

On our way home from a great week at disney. Love the PP+. I took my red voucher and they gave me the red card on the lanyard. Worked great all week. ( even a photo guy who took our pics at HS one day said he liked it better then new one)
