I am deciding between photo pass and photo pass plus. Does plus include the pictures taken at restaurants like chef mickeys? If so, do I still need to purchase the package they bring to the table?

photopass+ does include the picture packages at places like Chef Mickeys. You do not need to purchase the package. You give them your photopass+ card when they take the pictures and then they will bring you your picture package at your table. The restaurants still give you the physical package of photos. For the ride photos, they are also included, but they do not actually give you the photo, they just put it on your card.

This is the big difference between photopass+ and regular photopass. Regular photopass doesn't include the ride or restaurant photos. Plus is a good deal if you plan on buying a couple of those since the restaurant photo packages are around $30 and the rides around $15.

We did Tusker House breakfast in November with photopass+. They scanned the card when we had our group photo taken and just brought the package to the table. No added charge.

We did PP+ this past trip and really liked it. We won't use it every trip, but we were eating at Chef Mickey's, Tusker House, Akershus, 1900, etc. and between that, the ride photos, and the usual photopass pictures that we stop and get - it was well worth the price! I think if you're only going to do one meal and a few rides, it's probably not worth it.

We'll get it every few trips, but not each and every one. We're going to Disneyland this year and I've read up on it - it doesn't seem like a good option there, but WDW has more bang for the buck.

We just had pp+ for our trip to disneyland, I thought it was nice to have. We did 2 meals and all of the rides, it's only $69 if you buy it in advance, I thought it was worth it. I left my camera at home and just used them. We took candid pics on rides and such with the iPhone.
