Photo pass once home (for dummies version please)

Why do I struggle so much with so many things? Lol I promise that I am a fully functioning adult, but Disney just baffles me..
So far I have:
Ordered the photo pass+ before I left
Took the voucher with us and exchanged for card
Took photo of card (just in case)
Used card in parks and on rides and even remembered to get the tinkerbell and stitch etc shots
Checked photos at the designated places at Disney every now and then
Returned home and made my photo pass account
Linked it to card
Found all photos
Altered and added borders etc

.... Now what?
I have tried to download the images but it keeps try to charge me millions of pound lol

How do I get my photos?
I understood the photos to be free once you bought the package?

Arghhhhh what am I doing wrong?

Yes, photos are 'free' - you have already paid for them. I am guessing you have too many for ordering by download though and you need to place the photopass CD in your cart.

You've done everything right so far, but what you are trying to do is re-order digital downloads (at $14.95 per image!) individually. You don't need to do that.

Put the CD in your cart. Go to check out. It will show a total of $169 (if that is what it was when you ordered it)

There is a place for the voucher code to be entered.

Open your CD case with the gallery CD in it. Your code is there.

Enter the code with no "-" or spaces

It should then take the amount to zero

Go to checkout.

YOu will be charged $14.95 for international shipping and all your photos will be posted to you

FWIW, the photopass site baffles a lot of people! To call their process logical would be pushing it!

Just in case you're doing what I did!!

You need to add 'Photo CD' to your cart when you've finished editing & then on 'Cart' page add the long promotion code thats on the red leaflet that came inside the DVD case - long code in a white box - that then adds a credit to remove the cost of the photo CD
