Hi All,

We will be at Disney the week of Christmas and we are thinking of doing the Photo Pass/Memory Maker but wondering how the crowds will be at Christmas. I realize its crowded for rides etc. but are there long waits in line to get pics taken??

TIA :)

We went for xmas two years ago and did the photo pass. I don't think the lines were that bad. We stopped at almost every photographer we saw and asked for magic pictures as well. We will be going back for Xmas this year.

We used it Christmas week of 12 had had no trouble. Might have waited for one or two families at most. There were lots of photographers out so it was easy.

Me too!! To both!

DO IT!!!

We are here now and the most we have had to wait is walking up to a photographer taking a picture of 1 family and a 2nd waiting. And at popular areas there are 2 and sometime 3 photogs (like at the entry).

We have 193 shots in 2 days including ride photos, character interactions, magic shots, and posed shots. We would miss the magic shots and ride photos entirely if we didn't have MM. And my favorite photo so far is a candid that someone took of my 8 year old niece hugging Cinderella and Cinderella resting her head on my niece's. It is a beautiful shot - priceless - and one I would not have otherwise! I think MM is definitely worth it!

We were there 11/14 through 11/19 and my experience was different. There were waits at almost every photographer and some families really held up the line while they did different variations of their poses (just mom and dad, then mom and Billy, then dad and Susie, on and on and on). It wasn't just a couple of families doing that, there were lots. Then, some of the photographers wanted to be chatty and the lines just got longer. I bought MM for our trip and didn't feel I got good value. I was disappointed -- and it wasn't as busy as it's going to be for Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years.

YMMV.
