Photo Package?

Debating whether to get a pre-purchased photo package. I see I can get a 10x pack for $150, a 20x pack for $250, or an unlimited pack for $300.

What is the cost onboard if you do not pre-purchase? TIA!

What we do is wait and get the unlimited package on board. We attach our disney credit card to our KTTW to get a 10% discount and purchasing on board is tax free. This is more than the 15% pre-cruise discount. Then if you got a discount on Disney gift cards, you save even more when you pay down your on board purchases with them.

How many photos have been got from their cruises? Trying to determine if it will be worth it. We're doing a 5 night cruise.

Our last 5 night ended up with around 80 pictures.

Were you on a 9-14 night cruise? The basic price for the photo package on a long cruise is $399. So 15% discount is what I got by prepaying= $339.95. On board, had I wanted to use a Disney Visa discount which is 10% then it would have been $359.95.

On a 7 night cruise, the basic package is around $345 (can't remember exactly) so the prepaid price is $295ish and the Disney Visa discount is about $313, which sounds close to what you paid.
