Photo Package

Hi! We went to Universal for the first time in April and we did the Amazing Pictures multi-day package. My understanding when I purchased it was that I went to a website and downloaded pictures when I went home (other than the prints we got there) but my memory could be faulty given the situation. Unfortunately, we had a family health crisis right before the trip that is still on-going and I'm a bit disorganized and I'm sure I'm bumping up on the deadline to download. I have a receipt but it doesn't have any instructions (I feel like maybe I'm missing something?). I can find where to purchase a package but not where to access photos. The package may end up being a loss due to the situation, but figured I may find some help here - thanks!

https://myuniversalphotos.com and then select Orlando. You may have to create an account if you have not done so already. Once you create the account and confirm your email you should be able to click "Find Photos" to upload your package information and view your pictures. Hope this helps!

Thank you sooo much! I just got home to your reply and I was able to find everything and I'm downloading them now! I don't know why I was having so much trouble finding them, except that my problem solving skills are not at their best right now, so I appreciate the assistance - thanks again! So nice to see all of the pictures!
