Photo Key and Up-Close Tours

Are pictures from the Up-Close Tours part of Photo Key? I saw where it said something about Dolphin Encounter not be included...is that correct?

Most of them are (the penguin tour and the new Animal Ambassador tour do not have a photographer, so they are not). However, I've done Sea Lions, Dolphins (both encounter and up-close), and Killer Whales. And they all work with the PhotoKey
