Great photos ,we have 3 rooms booked there next week , was the hotel very busy ? and did you go in the bar we've heard it's very expensive .

I know nothing about slideshows and stuff but in Friendster I founf Rockyou.com and just uploaded my photo and you have the options to customize it. Dead simple!

The hotel was very quiet because it was weekday that we went but Thursday came it was getting a bit busy. We didnt go to the bar because non of us drinks but it looks alright and about the prices, everything's expensive!!!! So make sure bring extra stash of cash. Me and DH spend 50-60 a meal. Gosh! Also, you will be asked to pay tax when you check in and it is per person per night. Hmmmm what else? Request extra pillows and they do have a kettle there and plug adaptors but you will need to leave a deposit. We brought ours. Also, if you are like your bath and shower gels etc... They do not provide any so I would suggest you bring your own. They do provide dispenser for soap but thats about it. We werent too fuss about this coz we brought our own hence the two heavy suitcases! hehehe.. Also, if your going to rides and stuff in the hotel, its 2 euros each turn!

Thanks for the info , i think we have the tourist tax included we booked direct with them and have been quoted 476 euros for 4 nights and it says 502.40 with tax , so i think will be the tourist tax . I think we will give the bar a miss and probably will not eat in the hotel (only breakfast).Did you ever go to either the shop at the esso garage (santa fe)is it in walking distance from the hotel, and did you see the shop at the train station , is it easy to find?we are thinking of buying some cold drinks etc . we arrive this thursday evening and leave early monday morning ,now waiting for the rest of you trip reports Thanks for all your help

Hello Alua... Youre welcome. Glad to be of help.

We've passed by esso garage everytime were in the bus going to the parks and back and coming from a person who doesnt like walking, I would say it is a fair bit of walk for me but honestly, you would be better off buying from the train station. There is a small shop there called relay if I remember correctly and they sell all sorts also, there is small butty shop in the train station and sells baguettes and sandwiches plus there is no waiting. hehe. Shops in the station are very easy to find, it is all in one end so you wouldnt have any prob spotting it as the other end is where you get your tgv tickets from.

Also, you can stock up your drinks as there is a fridge in the room which was very handy for me as I kept DD's left over milk there.

If I drink, I would have tried the bar and just take our drinks in the lobby and relax there for a bit but since we dont. We decided to give the bar a miss.

As for the tourist tax, uhmmm.. I am not quite sure because when we booked through expedia, it says there tax and stuff but we still had to pay. It will be different on your case though as you booked directly, but be prepared anyway so you dont get annoyed.

Not long now too go! Bet youre really excited!
