Is it one of those advertising billboards on the highway before you even get to WDW? It kinda looks like its a bowling scene, but I dont really see how that is possible!

Its the billboard in Dinoland USA, just outside the Dinosaur ride/near Primeval Whirl. I think there are some cars near there.
