Photo for Annual Passport

I got my AP in August and had my picture taken by a photopass person at the park when I went in September. When I went in October (3 weeks after I had my picture taken, and they said to allow 48 hours for it to show up on my account) they asked for I.D. and said I need to get my picture taken. I told them I had done it 3 weeks prior, but they said for some reason it must not have worked, so I had it taken again. Is there somewhere I can check online to see if the picture has been uploaded yet? I don't want to have any problems when I go to Disneyland next month, so I'd like to make sure it's ok or get it resolved before I go.

Thanks!

I am pretty sure you can check on the AP section of Disneyland.com
You can also upload your own photo on the site

I looked for this last night (in an attempt to answer the question) and I couldn't find it anywhere on the AP site. However, I may be looking in the wrong place...

From Disneyland's official website, in the AP FAQ:
"Can I upload my personal photo for my Annual Passport?
Unfortunately, photos cannot be uploaded to Disneyland.com. A Disney's PhotoPass photographer — located throughout both Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park — will be happy to take your Annual Passport photo when you visit either park."

I remember when they announced that it would be possible to do this. Apparently they have backed off.

As for the photopass photograph, that was a big pain for my husband and older DS too. Disney rejected their original photos but, of course, have no way of informing you that's what happened. It took us two days to realize that's what happened since nobody knows exactly how long the photo should take to upload and reasons for rejection also seem inconsistent at times. If you are wearing glasses or a hat though when the picture is taken, they will reject it as a matter of course. It would have been nice if the photographer had asked DH and DS to remove their glasses though since we had no way of knowing this was a problem especially since with the old system, a gate CM absolutely insisted that DS get his picture re-taken with his glasses on, claiming his picture without glasses looked too unlike him for quick identification.

You'll just have to get your picture re-taken at the park and hope it works out this time.

Thanks for the replies!

I also searched the AP section on Disneyland.com and couldn't find anywhere to view the picture. :confused3

Both photographers that took my picture had me remove my sunglasses before taking it, so I don't see why both pictures would have been rejected, but I guess I'll find out when I go next month! :)
