Photo For 2-Day Ticket?

Have they started taking photos of ALL multi-day tickets? I know in the beginning, it was just 4 & 5 day passes, but the plan was to expand. Do they take photos on 2-day passes?

Here's why I ask: During our September trip, DF's partner will be joining us at DLR to celebrate her birthday for just a couple of days. On the day he'll arrive, DL closes early, and we wanted to see WOC, but we know DCA will be packed. With that in mind, we want to grab FPs early. The problem is that DF's partner doesn't get in until the afternoon. DF and I have APs, and thought we could just use his ticket to enter the park early to get his FP.

If they're taking photos of 2-day passes, we'll give in and get a dining package.

I bought the So Cal 2 day hopper that was offered earlier this year and they did take my picture. That may have been because it didn't expire after 13 days like a normal ticket. You could always try asking a CM at the FP machine if they can give you an extra FP. Or you could wait until he gets there, because I'm sure they will still be available. Or, and this might be harder, you could ask around near the machines and find someone who is either going to the Halloween party (assuming that's the reason it's closing early) or just not doing WOC to pull an FP for you. I would do it if someone asked me.

I don't know if this helps or not, but FPs were running out about 3:30 in the afternoon when we were there 2 weeks ago.

Thanks! We've decided to go with a dining package. It's DF's birthday, after all. This will save us some waiting in line.
