Dumb question alert!

Anywho, how do you vote for your favorite photos? Is it just the rating that you give it?

Then how is it determined if there are a ton of photos with a rating of 10?

I guess I need some instruction because I am having a blonde moment.

On the rating page there are 2 areas for rating - one where you can just give a rating and below that a place where you can rate and leave a comment - I would love to see people use the comment section. I take a lot of photos and it is always nice to know what you liked or didn't like about a photo. Comments often help me learn to take better pictures. If you rate something 10 - why did you love that photo. If you rate it 1 or 2 why did you really hate the photo - it helps people. I know it takes a few extra minutes which everyone may not have.
