Hello, Been going to universal for a number of years now but 2017 oct i am taken the parents for 1st time.

2 questions i have really.


Photo connect that universal offer is it worth it is it any good.?

there will be 3 of us so just 1 pass?


2nd question is about HHN 2017

I am staying at cabana bay do we get discount off HHN for staying onsite?

I've just used it and came away with 20 or so photos over two days. We paid $59 for the advance purchase 3-day package and I think it was just worth it. Some of the photos quality isn't perfect.
The biggest problem is that you need to queue at the counter to have most of the ride photos added to your account and often there was only one host and a queue.
One pass is fine for a group I think, there was two of us so we were both in every picture anyway, but they can line ride photos up to make sure everyone is seen.

We bought the 3 day in August and came away with 128 photos. I don't think that is the norm because when we went to the Amazing Pictures desk at the front of IOA to have our photos edited and print our included ones the guy helping us said "Whoa! You girls were busy how many rides did you ride !?" LOL Many of these were multiple shots in one location. The photographer took at least 15 of us in front of Kong in different spots and different funny poses. We actively looked for photographers as well and engaged in conversation with them which may be why they took so many of us. Guess it just depends on how you use it, but I certainly got my monies worth.

When did you buy your pass? Looking online the going rate is $89.99 for the three-day, heck even the 1-day is $69.99.

Just wondering if you found a deal or a coupon somewhere.

I just bought it about 14 months ago before the price went up.

I don't think I would have purchased at $89 as the pictures aren't that great and it felt more of an effort to get them.
