I decided against the photo CD and just bought the digital copy of about 12 or so of our photopass pictures. There was a coupon under the "special offers" tab that gave me a decent price. But if we would have had a ton of great pics that turned out really well I think the CD is the better deal.

Ok, I'm not 100% sure but I think the digital downloads are normally the same price as the 5x7 which was $14.95 and with the coupon they were $9.95. The CD choice was going to cost more, I want to say it was like $170?? I'm sorry I can't remember exactly. For me it was an easy decision because a lot of our pictures didn't turn out that great.

If you order and pay for the CD prior to your trip, it's $99. If you purchase it after your trip it's $149. If you purchase the CD prior to your trip, look at all the pics and decide it's not worth the $$ you can cancel for a full refund.

We ordered the CD before our trip and ended up with over 100 very good pictures, there were a total of 174 taken. After adding borders and such we ended up with 160 very good photos that are now priceless to us. This was our first trip as a family so.....

Agreed. I know there are people that are anti-photopass, but to us it's worth every penny. With a 2 1/2 year old, it's nice to let the photopass people take pictures and experience her meeting characters through my eyes and not through a camera screen.

We were fortunate enough to stumble upon Chip & Dale walking to their picture spot at DHS and the CM asked our daughter if she'd like to help them get there. The photopass guy snapped over 20 shots of her walking hand in hand with Chip and Dale and I was able to just watch and enjoy a truly special moment.

Photopass every time for us, no doubt. And like someone else said, if you pre-order and don't like it, you can get your money back.

Also, I just got an email from Disney with a promo code for the CD at $120 now that we're back from our vacation. First time I've seen that discount!

We bought it before the trip for 99.00 and it was SOOOO worth it! I love the pictures of all of us together and they also took amazing ones at BBB for both my girls. It was one of the best things we did. I will definitely purchase it again before our next trip.

Even at the $149 price, if you have at least 10 pics that you like then it's definitely worth it. I never have a hard time finding at least that many and usually a lot more!!
