DS and DGF JUST got home from a week in WDW. They purchased that LOVELY WDW photo album with the GOLD SEAL and the black pages. DGF spent all weekend organizing the photos and putting them in the book (200 photos) and writing everything they did with the gold pen that came with the photo album. They glued in their photopass card, their KTTK cards, all these little trinkets that they picked up while there. ETC ETC.
WELL THE ENTIRE BINDING HAS RIPPED. My DS brought it to our house this A.M. and he is so upset. DGF spent HOURS putting this together and the binding is so poorly made that the complete outside of the album where the binding is, is COMPLETELY torn. Bottomline: it looks HORRIBLE.
What should they do? Who do you call? They threw away the receipts as they had no intention of returning it. I have no idea where to start to call Disney? Any one with any advice. Thank you.
