Phoning MS from WDW

We are at WDW right now and I need to call MS first thing tomorrow to book our Easter trip. I can't book online as I am using transferred points and, because I am from the UK, I wasn't sure what number to call. So I got the number off the DVC member site (the 800 number) but do I need to add anything to the front when dialling from WDW?

There is a button marked Disney Vacation Club on the phone in the room but I am guessing that would be to arrange a tour of DVC rather than Member Services, is that right?

800 numbers will require you to dial a 1 before them if calling from a land line.

I too would guess the DVC number would be to speak to sales but you could try it and see if they might be able to transfer you to MS.

That number does connect with sales but they can transfer you to MS.

If planning to call at 9 tomorrow, make sure you allow enough time to get it done, i.e., don't plan anything that requires leaving room for at least a half hour to allow for possible wait time on the phone.
