Phone Problems with Disney Dining

Yikes! We had a tough time yesterday afternoon and this morning with the phones not working properly when we called to make dining reservations. Two of my calls went through all of the initial prompts, I got the message about the expected wait time, and then it went right to the survey. With another call, I got all of the introductory prompts, then the call bounced to another area of WDW! Finally, this morning after more trouble, I got a person at Disney Dining, and the hold music kept playing and the survey started while we were booking an ADR. Anyone else have trouble?

Not yesterday, but when trying to book CP (the day booking opened, called at 7 am Florida time) I sure did. On hold for 90 minutes then BAM...survey. Happened twice, second time when I was on hold for 45 minutes, then right to the survey. Needless to say it took me half the day to book it. So I feel your pain.
