I have informed member services several times that I never receive the emails for reservations, wait list notifications, etc Isn't there a "dedicated" number for technical problems?
I checked that, not there, but they did ask me if I was blocking them. Is there another way to block emails on Comcast that I may have accidentally done?
I would appreciate any updates you have. I have this exact same problem. I have asked MS and they keep saying it takes time to get my emails. But this week I just happened to notice my points were reduced and then realized a wait list for a trip in two weeks came through and I didn't get notification. I never get email confirmations and I have double checked everywhere. There is a glitch somewhere in my profile. Would love to know if you get this resolved. Thanks.
