I ended up calling the number I could find which was for the internet help desk.

I asked for someone in My Disney Experience and she said they were all one in the same. I told her I needed to link my UT tickets to MDE and asked her to walk me thru it. Went to MDE online, clicked link tickets (or can use your MDE app and scan your tickets) and once I followed the steps, the tickets are now showing on MDE! Was quick and painless.
