I may have left a very important item in my stateroom on the Jan 11 Wonder cruise. Is there a phone number I can call for lost and found? All I can find is a reservation number and as much as I would love to re-book just to look for my necklace, I don't think that's reasonable. ;)

I would try giving the DCL reservation number a call. If they can't help, they can probably give you a number to call.

When I got home in August and unpacked I realized I did not have my camera, did't even know where I left it. Not too much panic because it is old and just a snap and shoot 35mm. But I did want the pictures. I called the reservation line and was given a phone number for lost and found. I got a recorded message and was told to leave name, sail date. ship and a to describe the lost item. I didn't hear anything for a couple of days, really thought it was a lost cause. Then got a phone call from the nicest person telling me she thought she found my camera and if I can give a better description she will send. Well the lense would stick when you tried to open to take a picture, that was all she needed. She sent the camera express mail and I had it within 2 days, at no cost to me. Gotta love DCL, guess that's why we are booked for #5 this August!

My son left his game boy (case and all) at BBB on the final morning and by the time we realized it (getting on the rental car shuttle) we figured it was a goner. Got home, called Disney Cruise reservations (I'll look at home for the number as I don't have it with me right now) and after being transferred a few times (not obnoxiously though) they found it at Guest Services on the ship!!! Promptly sent it to us (no charge)! When I get home today, I will look for the phone # and post again but try the reservations if you want to try sooner.

Good luck! :)

My mom left her diamond ring in the stateroom; she had bought a new in the Islands and had that one on her finger. She called them when she got home (she lives in FL) and got it back the next day! I think she said the girls name was Laura.

Now again I say that’s (Disney) service!!!

The number is 407-566-3734. I left a sweater in our room, but they said noone found it.

All this is very encouraging - and a MUCH better response than what I had when I left a package behind at BWV - one item of many (all in the same bag) was found on the maids cart.

Sorry, not the place to vent but maybe DCL should teach some WDW staff a few things.

That is great that everyone got there things back considering how quickly the turn around is on the ship. I always leave something behind when I travel, usually a wet bathing suit.
As for the maid's cart, If you left in the room she was probably going to take it to the lost and found after her shift. I am sure she had many more rooms to clean and maybe didn't have time to take it right away. Maids have a very rough job and usually have as many as 8-10 rooms to clean a day at the resorts. I know that I woudln't be able to do the work they do day after day.:D

WDW has a lost and found, I just don't know the number, my DH lost a pair of sunglasses - they flew off on Space Mountain, we were given the number to call and guess what, they found them and mailed them back to CT!! I think it ws a 407 number!

Thanks for your help. Unfortunately, they didn't have my items in lost and found. I'm so sad, I don't know what happened to my jewelry. Of course it was my best and most favorite jewelry! And a pair of earrings I borrowed from a co-worker. Grrrr.....
