Official 2024 Universal Studios HHN 33 Thread

So I bought my openeing night tickets to HHN tonight. This is my first time to HHN and to Universal as a whole. I purchased the early entry pass which will get me in at 3pm. Is the intention of the early entry pass to get right in line at the stay and scream area? Or do you have time to do some rides before you get in line?
If you want to "rope drop" a popular house, you pretty much need to get in line fairly soon after 3pm. If you're aiming for a less popular house, you can probably do a few rides first. If you just want to avoid the unholy horde massed at the main gate, you can do whatever you'd like until right before 5pm when the park closes. Of course, on the first night, it'll just be guessing which are the popular houses... but it shouldn't be too hard to figure out where the majority of crowds will be headed.

I'm more excited for some the rumored IPs than previous years but I may end up staying away.. They already have a teen problem and it's about to be dialed up to 11....

I've already seen 13,14,15 year olds bombard hhn reddit discords and other social media
Yeah - I am still on the fence - but you bring up a good point.

Been away for the last two week so I need to catch up - really want to see Fallout - but after the disappointment of Epic IDK.
Also after the lack of multi-night with express last year not sure what the ticket options may be - may be best to buy two night with express and call it a day.

Tickets and RIP tour are sorted for 29th Oct but oof that tour price 🥴 It’s double pp what we payed in 2022. Wasn’t expecting that.

Same. Couldn't get into the games and never finished the show. But the house should be fun
The game was pretty great until Fallout 76 - was really hoping it was the game and not the TV show.
I'm a little less excited for it to be based on the Prime TV show - but as far as adaptions go it was not a bad one.

I can't remember if it was fallout 4 or 76 that I tried. I lasted about a hour and gave up. RPGs just aren't my thing.

That is really tempting - but the date does not work for me - was hoping they might try doing it one night each moth - there was a rumor about that possibility. The one thing about it being the first night is the SAs really are not jelled yet IMO. Even the first two weeks can be a bit iffy.

One big downside to me is every influencer will be there so they can do there every food item video as well as to be as close to first as possible.

I'm considering doing this rather than any regular night. But not sure. There's a chance I may be out of town that weekend so could be moot

I think the date does make it tough for a lot of folks who would need to travel in - and even if I could go I really don't want to travel over the holiday weekend.

I just traveled on the Saturday of Memorial day weekend thinking no one would be traveling that weekend -especially the Saturday - and boy was I wrong. They keep saying travel is down - but that is not what I see - I had 4 flights in may and every single one was at 100% and the lines were much longer than I have seen. Maybe its just reduced flights and staff IDK

Assuming the point of the premium scream night is to get a little money back for a "dress rehearsal," it makes sense that there's only the one night. Price wise it's a good deal, basically a self-guided VIP tour but also includes admission in the ticket price. I'd totally do that, much more appealing than dealing with the masses. It might even get me to go to FL in August, some year. It's about the only thing that could, only crazy people go to FL in August.

Have they released the date for free AP entry? Doing a DCL cruise and get off the ship November 1. Hoping that’s included free night.
