Has anyone been able to reach anyone by phone for help with Give a Day

One of the people that vounteered with us was not verifed for some reason and I want to try to correct it. Any help would be appreciated.

Call Phone 407-827-5990 and select option 2.

They were very helpful and understanding when I explained my problem.
I was verified but my DW was not. We had both volunteered for the same event.

They said no problem and verified her.

Thanks for the contact. I will try it tomorrow. My family completed our opportunity during the tornados and floods last weekend. Our charity was able to confirm my grandchildren, but DH and. I aren't on the list. My GAD account shows my opportunity has passed and they are waiting for confirmation.

My charity spent three days trying to correct the problem and I spent all day on Friday. This is ridiculous.
