phone line not working?

I finally got through after over an hour of literally constant hanging up and redialing. Busy signal straight from 8am until about 9:15am. Then on hold for another hour or so.

Even the service reps are getting overwhelmed...mine just told me that almost none of the interior cabins are interior cabins.

Took us both a second before we realized she was trying to say that most aren't connecting cabins!

They are definitely having it rough today...
 
My TA updated me at 8:50 that she was still on hold. :( But I see some people posting prices on the opening day pricing thread. So some people are getting through. Unfortunately, it's not you or me! LOL
 
I was going to get up early to call in but then I had a crummy sleep so I chose sleep over calling. Glad I did, now. Will try calling after I take my kids to school (which will be 8:45PST).
 

The phone thing was Honorable this morning. I called with two different cell phones (good thing I did because one disconnected after 1 hour and 20 mins) I finally got of hold at 1 hour and 50 mins (I called at 5am sharp Pac time) the whole time I was on hold there was a clicking sound and it would go silent for minuets at a time
 
took me about 30 mins of constant redialing to get through then just over an hour on hold we are silver but was worth the wait as we did get the cabin I was hopeing for 5522 on the fantasy November 10th western cruise
 
I gave up after an hour. I'm heading out for brunch with a friend (it's 10:45amPST here right now). I will call again when I get home.
