Phone Line Hours

Hi!

We are getting close to our 180 day window and I was wondering about the hours for the WDW phone lines to make reservations for dining and some specialty cruises.

Also, at what time do the online dining reservations switch over to the next day? Is it 12:01, 6:00am, etc. ?

Anyone know?

Dining phones open at 7 Eastern time.

Online opens at 6 AM which is when the new day starts.
